Adopt-a-Highway is a roadside clean-up program to promote pride and local ownership in Washington. Gordon Construction has been a Road Warrior since 2004 in the Fall City community. This helps keep our community clean, helps taxpayers save money and reminds people not to litter.
Mountain River Youth Ranch in Snohomish, Washington, serves at-risk children through their equine program. They provide fun, encouragement and support to aid in the renewal of hope, restoration of dignity, and mentoring of broken hearts. They believe that giving a little can change the path of a young person's life toward a more hopeful and prosperous future.
Compassion in Action is dedicated to lifting children and their families out of poverty by providing education and other daily assistance through child sponsorships. The Dario Christian Academy in Dario, Nicaragua educates two hundred eighty children and is recognized for its commitment by local leaders.
Camp Ridgewalk, Trinidad, West Indies, hosts a variety of organized camps year round to children from Trinidad, Tobago and other parts of the West Indies through the fun and exciting environment the camp offers.
Fall City Historical Society was formed to collect, preserve and interpret the history of the unincorporated town of Fall City and the surrounding area with the ultimate goal of establishing and maintaining a Fall City Museum.
Samaritan's Purse seeks to specialize in emergency relief, shelter, water and sanitation, food and nutrition, medical care and public health, HIV/AIDS, and community-based livestock and livelihood projects. Samaritan's Purse works in more than 100 countries around the world. Their community development and vocational programs in impoverished villages and neighborhoods help people break the cycle of poverty and give them hope for a better tomorrow.
