Construct Your Home

Gordon Construction will work with the appropriate local jurisdictions to acquire all necessary permits and approvals to break ground and start construction.

As you see your home take shape you will be an important part of the process. Our project manager, who is chosen for your construction project, will establish a schedule of regular site meetings with you, the architect and subcontractors as necessary to ensure that the project meets your approval, incorporates your material selections, and meets our standards and expectations.

As the construction phase comes to an end, we will walk you through your project to identify any pick-up items that are yet to be completed and list them on a punch list.

After you approve the punch-list completion, we will guide you through the technical and maintenance procedures to ensure the enjoyment of your new home to the fullest and to maintain its value throughout the years.
